Poison y Tesla lanzaran al mercado nuevas grabaciones, al parecer el gusto por los clásicos de cada una esta siempre en sus corazones, y esta vez será plasmado en albums “covers”, interpretaran temas de bandas legendarias, bandas que seguramente fueron influencias de cada uno, con las que crecieron y tomaron el camino y el gusto por el Rock n’ Roll.
Tesla en su álbum “Five Man Accoustical Jam” ya habia interpretado “We Can Work It Out” de The Beatles, “Mother's Little Helper” The Rolling Stones y “Lodi” de Creedence Clearwater Revival, en su álbum “Bust a nut” el ultimo track es un cover de Joe South grabado en 1969, artistas como Jerry Lee Lewis, Bill Haley & His Comets y la banda de reggae Inner Circle han usado este mismo tema entre sus grabaciones.
Poison, esta banda que aun esta conformada por sus miembro originales, también ya habían usado temas de otras bandas en sus albums y presentaciones al vivo, temas como "Your Mama Don't Dance" de Loggins and Messina (Kenny Loggins y Jim Messina), “Strike Up The Band” escrita para un musical de Broadway, "Squeeze Box" The Who, "Rock and Roll All Nite" Kiss y “We're An American Band” Grand Funk Railroad.
El próximo 5 de Junio Tesla vuelve con un álbum doble, "Real 2 Reel" donde incluirán covers de diferentes bandas, este es el listado que podremos esperar:
